Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Quality Document Control Coordinator to ensure quality compliance and document control across all service lines and construction projects in Westminster, CO. This role combines QA/QC field and office duties with meticulous document management to keep records audit-ready.

You will work closely with construction, fabrication, and project controls teams to support QMS deliverables while aligning with accreditation standards and industry norms.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years QA/QC document control experience in industrial or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of document control for code compliance.
  • Experience with quality management systems and project documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret codes, drawings and specs.
  • Familiarity with ASME, AISC, AWS, API, NACE, NEC, ACI.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and document management systems

Responsibilities

  • Review QMS documented procedures in accordance with codes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Review procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AISC, AWS, API, NACE, NEC, ACI).
  • Assist with document control revision, ensuring control and accurate tracking across all documents.
  • Track, review, and manage documented NCR/CAR/RCA reports for timely completion.
  • Provide training and guidance to field personnel when change management occurs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of changes in codes and apply to QMS.
  • Provide support for record keeping for inspection logs, quality records, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality management systems and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Internal business lines and production teams to resolve documentation issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.

Job Summary

The Quality Document Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring quality compliance and document control across all service lines of Loenbro's QMS and construction projects. This position combines QA/QC field and office responsibilities with document management, ensuring all quality procedures, records, inspections, and turnover packages are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

This role collaborates closely with construction, fabrication, and project controls teams to support QMS deliverables while maintaining alignment with company accreditations and industry quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Review QMS documented procedures in accordance with codes, drawings, and specifications
  • Review procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AISC, AWS, API, NACE, NEC, ACI)
  • Assist with document control revision, ensuring control and accurate tracking across all documents

Minimum Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in QA/QC document control within industrial or construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of document control for code compliance processes
  • Experience with quality management systems and project documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret codes, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, AISC, AWS, API, NACE, NEC, ACI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience with NDT methods and reporting
  • Experience supporting industrial construction or fabrication projects

Work Environment:

Combination of field (industrial job sites, fabrication shops) and office-based work

Exposure to outdoor environments, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions

Ability to comply with PPE requirements and safety regulations

Occasional travel may be required (~10%)
