Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Quality Document Control Coordinator to ensure quality compliance and document control across all service lines and QA/QC projects. The role blends field and office duties, overseeing procedures, records, inspections, and turnover packages to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with construction, fabrication, and project controls teams to maintain alignment with accreditations and industry standards, while supporting documentation controls

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in QA/QC document control within industrial or construction environments.
Strong knowledge of document control for code compliance processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

Review QMS procedures in accordance with codes, drawings, and specifications.
Track, review, and manage NCR/CAR/RCA reports for timely completion.
Provide training and guidance to field personnel when change management occurs.
Coordinate with internal business lines and production teams to resolve documentation issues.
Ensure adherence to internal quality management systems and audit requirements.

Job Summary

The Quality Document Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring quality compliance and document control across all service lines of Loenbro's QMS and construction projects. This position combines QA/QC field and office responsibilities with document management, ensuring all quality procedures, records, inspections, and turnover packages are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

This role collaborates closely with construction, fabrication, and project controls teams to support QMS deliverables while maintaining alignment with company accreditations and industry quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Review QMS documented procedures in accordance with codes, drawings, and specifications
Review procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AISC, AWS, API, NACE, NEC, ACI)
Assist with document control revision, ensuring control and accurate tracking across all documents
Track, review, and manage documented NCR/CAR/RCA reports for timely completion
Provide training and guidance to field personnel when change management occurs
Maintain current knowledge of changes in codes and apply to QMS
Provide support for record keeping for inspection logs, quality records, and compliance reports
Ensure adherence to internal quality management systems and audit requirements
Coordinate with Internal business lines and production teams to resolve documentation issues
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Required

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in QA/QC document control within industrial or construction environments
Strong knowledge of document control for code compliance processes
Experience with quality management systems and project documentation
Ability to read and interpret codes, technical drawings, and specifications
Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, AISC, AWS, API, NACE, NEC, ACI)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred

Experience with NDT methods and reporting
Experience supporting industrial construction or fabrication projects

Work Environment

Combination of field (industrial job sites, fabrication shops) and office-based work
Exposure to outdoor environments, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions

Occasional travel may be required (~10%)
