  • Examines documents such as drawings, change orders, purchase orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data
  • Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents
  • Manages the document control system
  • Prepares reports and memorandums
  • Preparation of Certificate of Conformance and Certificate of Analysis
  • Manages the compilation of data packages
  • Tracking of production components and status of Work in Progress
Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of document management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • defense / aerospace industry
    • Aerospace Standards (AS9100)
    • International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
  • Experience in report writing
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database, Outlook
  • Prior experience working and building relationships with internal/external customers
  • Effective verbal and written communications with all levels of personnel

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $50,913 - $62,227, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
