Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or 5 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years progressive management in healthcare, with 2 years in Quality Improvement for an acute care organization.
• Minimum 2 years clinical/patient care experience or equivalent.
• Active CA clinical license; 5 years in Quality Management can substitute for license.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality or related program within 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing quality improvement initiatives across multiple healthcare professionals.
• Analyze data and implement strategies for performance improvements, quality outcomes, risk reduction, patient safety and infection control.
• Apply clinical, operational, data analysis and technology experience to strengthen continuous improvement culture; manage projects to advance current initiatives.
