Role Summary

The Quality Director will lead Gotion’s quality strategy across manufacturing, warehouse operations, and supplier management. This role is critical for ensuring product excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency during a significant production ramp-up phase. The position requires a hands‑on leader who can drive quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality tools, processes, and systems for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality functions to optimize resources.
• Customer Quality: Manage customer‑facing quality programs and aftermarket service to ensure exceptional service and timelyProduct Quality: Oversee product quality for current and future production lines; support ramp‑up from 2 of 5 lines to full capacity within planned timelines.
• Supplier Quality: Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards; collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain consistency.
• Partner closely with manufacturing teams to uphold high standards during productionli>Deploy quality inspectors based on production line requirements.
• Monitor and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 + 20% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
