The Quality Development Specialist (QDS) is responsible for the quality assurance program. The role requires considerable travel in the eastern region.
Responsibilities include auditing casework records, consulting with staff and management on casework issues, providing training to counselors and other field-based staff and administering the promotional testing process for independent rehabilitation counselors.
Salary Grade Range: $60,881 - $106,544
Recruitment Range: $60,881 - $74,000
Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours
