Job description

We are a fast growing Medical Device Company with an IMMEDIATE job opening for a Quality Department Intern.

Duration:

2 to 3 Months

Job Function:

NeuroWave Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Quality Department Intern position. This position will allow you to gain hands‑on experience in Quality Management within a professional environment. It will give you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and give you exposure to various aspects of Quality Management System implementation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the effective functioning of our Quality Management System for medical devices. You will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and streamline our documentation processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Management System Records - Ensure that both electronic and paper-based Quality Management System records are properly aligned and maintained per regulatory requirements.
  • Training Requirements Review - Review training requirements and records to ensure coordination with the current state of the Quality Management System.
  • Procedural References Maintenance - Verify that procedural references are accurate, maintained, and consistent across the Quality Management System.
  • Supplier Files Coordination - Organize supplier files to ensure consistency in indexing and alignment between electronic and paper records.
  • Management Review Action Tracking - Monitor and ensure resolution of actions resulting from management reviews and other quality‑related meetings.
