Job summary

You will coordinate training activities, manage production and training records, generate standard reports, and assist with CoC/CoA documentation while supporting safety and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
• Ability to generate reports from databases and query tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing data management for select database systems (CMMS, LMS, DMS, NCM/CAPA, Calibration).
• Coordinate training activities and develop training plans and guides.
• Support records management for production/work orders, training, inspection/test, and calibration records.
• Utilize databases and query tools to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Prepare CoC and CoA documents in accordance with requirements.
• Support plant safety and quality objectives.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
