Job summary

GRIT Staffing is seeking a Data Entry Assistant – Quality to support the Quality department across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will enter data accurately, manage supplier documentation, and administer the QMS to help reduce gaps and improve compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to track 50+ daily QMS tasks, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and assist during audits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, document control, or quality administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with EDMS or QMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS administration across multiple facilities.
• Track 50+ daily QMS workflow activities and ensure accurate updates.
• Maintain supplier documentation, certifications, and quality records.
• Maintain audit readiness with organized electronic records and logs.
• Identify incomplete tasks and report trends to Quality leadership.
• Provide backup for routine Quality Technician responsibilities.
• Support regulatory and quality operations to improve compliance.
• Assist with training documentation and standard work instructions.
