Job summary

Shure Incorporated is offering a Data Driven Sustainability Intern role in a hybrid arrangement at Niles, IL, for Summer 2027. The internship focuses on collecting and analyzing sustainability data, building dashboards, and exploring AI-enabled insights to support reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data collection, organization, and analysis.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
Interest in AI, automation, prompt engineering, or intelligent agent development for sustainability analytics.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain data related to sustainability metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance.
Support AI-enabled insights and automation initiatives.
Document data requirements, flows, and governance needs.
