Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering or closely related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with orchestration, distributed processing, and storage.
• Proficient in scripting/automation and version control.
• Clear problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design modular ingestion and transformation components for reuse.
• Build automated data tests, quality rules, and data lineage into pipelines.
• Operate monitoring, logging, and alerting; tune observability signals.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows for safe deployment of changes.
• Support cloud service integration and container/orchestration patterns.
• Collaborate with consumers to align data models with needs.
• Maintain infrastructure as code and update environment configs.
• Document standards, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in Agile planning and continuous improvement.
• Be available for urgent IT incident escalations when needed.
