Glendive Medical Center is seeking a Quality Data Assistant to support data entry, reporting, and visualization efforts in the Quality Department. This on-site, part-time role involves creating dashboards, maintaining datasets, and communicating insights to drive quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, healthcare exposure, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Quality Data Assistant

Location: On-site at Glendive Medical Center | Glendive, MT | Quality Department

Employment Type: Part-Time| Non-Exempt | Hourly

Schedule: 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday-Friday during business hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Glendive Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Data Assistant to assist with data entry, reporting, presentations, and data visualization. This role helps turn information into clear, meaningful insights that support quality and operational initiatives across GMC.

What You'll Do

• Enter and maintain data in various programs and systems.
• Develop reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
• Assist with data analysis and interpretation.
