Briggs & Stratton, LLC. in Missouri is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform specialized duties including die cast, gauge lab, dyno, and supplier quality tasks. The role supports SPC data trends, gage calibration, and process capability studies to ensure product quality and compliance.

You will coordinate calibration schedules, inspect incoming materials, develop sampling plans, and maintain the quality system on the shop floor. Strong English, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years of Quality experience.
• High school diploma or GED accepted.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs duties related to incoming materials including contacting vendors to resolve quality issues, develop inspection instructions, determine disposition of defects, track vendor quality ratings, lot containment and AQL sampling.
• Schedules and coordinates calibration of gages in manufacturing and develops gage user instructions.
• Maintains quality system/database, audits data, and develops custom reports.
