Job summary

Quality Coordinator - Quality Services Performance

Penn State Health -Lancaster Medical Center

Supports the hospital Quality & Performance Improvement program through advanced data collection, data management, analytics, and dashboard development. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights that drive quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and operational improvement, and partners with clinical, operational, and quality leaders to ensure data integrity, standardize reporting, and increase visibility of performance metrics across the system. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience navigating EMR/EHR systems and using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) is strongly preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Experience working in the hospital setting.
