Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on PPAP experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and gauging.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with inspection documentation, quality reports, or customer submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and submit PPAP documentation for customer approval.
• Develop and maintain gauging fixtures, jigs, and test methodologies.
• Perform dimensional verification using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision tools.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance.
• Record, classify, and summarize inspection data for quality files and reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
