Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and understand technical customer specifications.

• Detail-oriented with accurate paperwork.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years in automotive quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain PPAP documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Dimensional Results, Material Certifications, and Appearance Approval Reports.
• Ensure all PPAP packages comply with IATF 16949 and specific OEM/customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supplier quality teams to gather and validate PPAP documentation.
• Communicate proactively with automotive customers and management regarding PPAP status, requirements, and approvals.
• Responsible for operation of computer hardware and software related to PPAP data collection and determination of product quality and process capability.
• Maintain accurate PPAP records and support internal and external audits, including customer, supplier and OEM audits.
• Gather and report monthly reports for PPAP status.
