Job summary

Devereux Georgia is seeking a Quality Coordinator II to drive quality initiatives, audits and compliance within the Quality and Risk Management team. You will collaborate with program leaders and staff to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory readiness.

The role emphasizes data capture, reporting, and partnerships with leadership to improve outcomes in behavioral health services across the Georgia region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field; or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field.
  • Quality Management compliance experience is preferred.
  • Must be organized, excellent communicator.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission or other accrediting body beneficial.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access to capture, aggregate and graph data. Good presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of the Quality and Risk Management Director and be responsible for working closely with the team within the Quality and Risk Management Department to implement quality and compliance initiatives and track the same.
  • Establish an annual compliance plan with benchmarks from a daily to annual basis.
  • Utilize audit tools for monitoring compliance and reporting the same.
  • Review, correct, and follow up on assigned Event Reports and video reviews.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Nursing, Campus Supervisor, and Direct Care Staff to ensure accuracy of PEI Logs, Nursing PEI Forms, and related documents.
  • Participate in audits and other compliance activities.
  • Participate in Joint Commission and licensing surveys.

Salary range from $42,961-$48,975 commensurate with experience and education.
As our Quality Coordinator II at Devereux Georgia you will:
