FM Industries in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Coordinator I to support quality systems and customer requirements. You will coordinate FAIR submissions, manage MRB/RMA processes, and assist in calibration programs while working cross-functionally with production and engineering.

Strong teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential; prior experience in quality roles is preferred but not required, with 0–2 years cited.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement instruments.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading; GD&T preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and prepare Customer First Article Reports (FAIR).
• Review drawings, specifications, and standards for FAIR reports.
• Prepare FAIRs conforming to customer/company standards by documenting inspection results.
• Review inspection results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and quality teams to ensure sample conformity.
• Coordinate MRB/RMA processes and disposition of non-conforming parts.
• Support continuous quality improvement and update procedures as needed.
