Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Quality Coordinator to oversee quality management across assigned agencies, ensuring compliance with national and agency standards. You’ll coordinate services to help people keep, learn, or improve daily living skills, while implementing quality actions.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teaching, and service excellence, with Monday–Friday day hours and occasional on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business, healthcare or social services with two years' experience or six years' experience with quality or business aspects of healthcare.
• Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma and IDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of quality management for assigned agencies.
• Auditing systems, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing national and agency quality standards, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of agency policies and procedures, strategic plan, and other improvement initiatives.
• Provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion
