Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting and reviewing batch records, assisting with release, and providing quality metrics. Candidates should have basic math and computer skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with cGMP/GCP standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• TABE testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to perform complex tasks
• Full professional proficiency: speaking, reading, writing at a professional level
• Strong reasoning: analyze data, interpret instructions and draw conclusions

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes required documentation for production work orders.
• Review batch records and materials to ensure cGMP and customer requirements.
• Create and update batch records, forms and specifications and organize approvals.
• Submit batch records and documents to customers to facilitate release.
• Identify and resolve document-related issues with other departments and customers.
• Serve as a customer point for batch documentation questions.
• Assist with providing quality related metrics.
• Perform finished product batch release of approved lots.
• Meet with management to address batch documentation issues.
• Review customer standards and disseminate related batch documentation.
