• TABE testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Intermediate Computer Skills and familiarity with various programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute required documentation for production work orders.
• Review documents to ensure compliance with cGMP and customer requirements.
• Create and update batch records, forms and material specifications.
• Submit batch records and related documents to customers for product release.
• Identify and resolve document issues with other departments and customers.
• Serve as a customer point of contact for batch documentation questions.
• Assist with providing quality related metrics.
• Perform finished product batch release of approved production lots.
• Meet with management to address batch documentation concerns.
• Interpret customer standards and disseminate information related to batch records.
