Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to assist in coordinating quality activities and ensuring timely goals. You will support batch records review, documentation, and customer communication to help release products.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with cGMP and MS Office, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills required.
• Intermediate Computer Skills and MS Office knowledge required.
• Full Professional Proficiency: speak, read, write fluently.
• Very High Reasoning: complex problem solving and interpretation of technical instructions.
• High Standard of Report Writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes required documentation for requested production work orders.
• Review documentation for compliance with cGMPs and customer requirements.
• Interpret customer standards, procedures, and specifications for batch records and material specs.
• Prepare and ship samples according to approved instructions.
• Submit batch records and accountability reports to customers for release.
• Coordinate internal and customer approvals of batch records and specs.
• Perform record reviews for compliance with cGMPs.
• Perform Line Clearance inspections of equipment and production suites.
• Identify and resolve document-related issues with other departments and customers.
• Serve as customer point for batch records inquiries.
• Initiate supplier non-conformance reports and control materials.
• Incorporate deviation requests into batch records as needed.
• Adhere to PCI and cGMP policies and procedures.
• Shift is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
