To be considered for this Perinatal Safety Specialist opportunity,
You are passionate about advancing patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence within Women's Services. You have earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred), maintain a current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license, and hold a nationally recognized nursing certification. Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification is preferred. You bring five to seven years of progressively responsible clinical nursing experience in obstetrics, along with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience with quality improvement, patient safety principles, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practice is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required to support data analysis, reporting, and presentation of quality initiatives.
