Hours: 30 hours or less per week
Schedule: 10:00 AM to 4:00PM
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting the organization’s quality and performance improvement initiatives. This role oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical and operational data to monitor processes, outcomes, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Quality Coordinator identifies opportunities for improvement, develops corrective action plans, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care, safety, and organizational performance. This position also assists in risk management activities, supports staff education and training, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and organizational policies and accreditation requirements.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Nursing or other clinical education helpful.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience, preferably in psychiatric care. Experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement, DNV accreditation, and LDH regulatory compliance preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current nursing license (RN or LPN) helpful but not required.
HIPAA: Access to all Protected Health Information (PHI) necessary to perform job functions. Responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
