Job summary

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is seeking a Quality Coord Prog Accred RN to lead data collection, reporting and improvement initiatives that drive accredited care. You will work with care teams to ensure compliance and educate staff on accreditation requirements.

The role emphasizes improving clinical outcomes and educational programs across the organization in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care related field required.
• Three years of healthcare experience with data collection/analysis.
• Current Florida State Registered Nurse License.
• Master’s degree or Clinical Nurse Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate concurrent collection, interpretation, analysis and reporting of clinical cardiovascular data to ensure accrediting body compliance.
• Validate accuracy of service line data; compare results to benchmarks; prepare and present reports.
• Identify trends and implement performance improvement initiatives across care continuum.
• Educate leaders, staff and medical staff on accreditation processes.
