W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is seeking a QC Lab Associate for our Gore Fabrics Quality Testing Lab in Elkton, MD, on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sun-Fri). You will perform routine QC testing for product release and support engineering teams in a high-volume environment.
You will operate a range of instrumentation, collect data, report results, and maintain safety practices. The role includes a shift differential and a competitive total rewards package with benefits starting Day 1.
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Testing associate who is experience, energetic, flexible, organized, and high performing to join our Gore Fabrics Quality Testing Lab team on 3rd shift. This role focuses on performing routine testing for product release and process monitoring in a high-volume QC lab while also supporting our engineering teams. As a QC Lab Associate, you will play a key role in upholding high quality standards essential to our operations. Standard hours are 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday to Friday.
This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.
This position requires access to export‑controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC *1324b(a)(3).
