Yanmar Compact Equipment North America, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Quality Control Test Driver to join the Quality department.
You will test drive and operate machines before final inspection, ensuring safety and quality standards are met and keeping records of metrics and machine parameters. The role requires a High School diploma, valid driver’s license, and experience with skid steer or track loader is preferred.
Description
Yanmar Compact Equipment North America designs, manufactures and supports a complete range of compact equipment including compact track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders and construction equipment for use in such markets as construction, landscaping, utility, land management and agriculture. The products are sold primarily through a third party, independent dealer network.
Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Starting Wage: $19.57 to start
This position offers the potential for discretionary bonus compensation up to 6% of base salary.
