Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician for West Lebanon, NH. You will gather samples, conduct field testing, monitor density, and support HMA placement to ensure product quality and consistency.

You will generate reports, collaborate with paving crews and plant teams, and leverage NETTCP certification if available. We offer health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt testing preferred.
• Ability to gather samples and perform field tests with accuracy.
• Knowledge of density testing and hot mix asphalt placement is desirable.

What you can expect

• $25/hour and up depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Annual increase potential

What you will do

• Gather samples of material for testing, conducting field testing, monitoring density and HMA placement
• Work with paving crew to achieve quality results and consistency.
• Work with asphalt plant and crushing crews to achieve quality results and consistency
• Generate reports and submit to necessary personnel
• Experience in asphalt and aggregate testing is preferred, NETTCP certification is a plus
