Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Quality Control Technician (Second shift) in Irvine, CA to review, inspect, and release raw material, labeling, and finished product lots. You will support QA/QC management and coordinate HPLC testing with the QA Chemistry Team.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year in a regulated manufacturing setting, with GMP knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Basic understanding of GMP and good documentation practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and disposition of raw materials and labels.
• Reviewing work order documentation prior to product release.
• Prepare non-conformity documentation for material disposition as needed.
• Prepare release documentation and traceability labeling for incoming materials and product release.
• Provide QC approvals of selected processes in the clean room manufacturing environment.
• Coordinating HPLC testing with QA Chemistry Team.
• Review SOPs, QIs, RIRs, and Component Specifications.
