Job summary

Bio-Rad is seeking a Quality Control Technician II to support testing and documentation for the QC department during the manufacture and release of control products. The role involves independent work and teamwork, with a 3rd shift from 5pm to 1:30am, Monday to Friday.

You will operate and troubleshoot QC instruments, ensure GLP compliance, manage inventory, and document results in LIMS. Candidates should have a science degree and 3+ years in QC or a clinical lab, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a science field or equivalent clinical lab experience.
• 3+ years working in QC or a clinical laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and GDP.
• Experience with clinical laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Experience in running chemistry, hematology, and immunoassay analyzers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot QC laboratory instruments.
• Adhere to GLP and quality standards to maintain data integrity.
• Manage laboratory inventory and maintenance schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments to support quality objectives.
• Review assay runs for accuracy and compliance.
• Document and enter results into LIMS as required.
