Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure our concrete meets industry standards for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. You will perform routine and non-routine testing, interpret results, and collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete using industry-standard methods.
• Interpret test results and compare them to specifications and control limits.
• Conduct visual inspections of concrete products to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Deliver quality control training to production staff as directed by management or technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and quality-related activities.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve quality control processes.
