Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure production quality aligns with GMP standards. You will verify Fill and Assembly specs, record weights, perform tests, and maintain documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and previous QA experience, with strong written and verbal English skills. Shift work and strict adherence to safety and quality processes are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous working experience in QA positions.
• Must have strong verbal and writing skills; English required; Spanish a plus.
• Experience using MS Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Fill and Assembly specifications are followed during production operations.
• Monitor and record weights with tarred containers using full head inspection, data collectors, or X-R control charts.
• Perform and record torques, pump to prime, and other required tests with applicable gauged instruments.
• Conduct line clearance prior to start and at the end of production operations.
• Inspect components staged at production line and compare to specifications for correctness.
• Inspect finished good pallets and compare to specifications for correctness.
• Pull finished goods samples as required by Bright Innovation Labs and/or customer protocols.
• Prepare all required paperwork.
