Job summary

Elevation Labs is seeking a QA Inspector to oversee production line inspections for finished goods. You will review batch tickets, BOMs, and labeling for accuracy and compliance, and ensure logs are up to date.

You will perform QC checks four times per runtime, identify defects, document issues, and coordinate with machine operators to stop processes when necessary. A high school diploma and English proficiency are required, with hands-on experience in packaging and pallet handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; read/write/speak English.
• Basic math and counting skills for QC checks.
• Experience with pallet jacks, tape guns, heat guns, labelers.

Responsibilities

• Review Batch Ticket Checklist for materials, setup, and labeling accuracy.
• Check BOM/Component Sheet against cartons and packaging components.
• Verify cleaning logs for filling equipment updates.
• Inspect first finished goods for defects and request approval if new item.
• Maintain QC inspection records and note deviations in Job History Notes.
• Perform QC inspections four times per hour of run time; stop line if issues arise.
• Identify and report defects or problems to Shift Lead immediately.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and proper PPE usage.
