Qualifications

• Proficiency with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Good problem-solving and the ability to work with different skill levels.
• Ability to multi-task and shift tasks frequently.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on production department builds.
• Report non-conformances and KPIs with NCRs as needed.
• Review drawings to compare to produced goods.
• Document inspection results and input data into quality database.
• Train the production team on quality measures.
• Propose improvements to the production process.
• Maintain inspection/test equipment within calibration standards.
• Assist QA leadership with non-conforming materials.
