We are hiring full-time positions (Monday through Friday) offering 40 hours of work per week. We have opportunities available on 1st and 2nd shift. BE Power Equipment has an awesome team of people and a great company culture making it easy to wake up and come to work every day!

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Monitor incoming parts and components, and key quality parameters.
  • Monitor production process to ensure that products are being made in accordance with specifications.
  • Inspect finished products and packaging to verify they conform to standards and quality criteria before authorizing shipment or delivery.
  • Escalate any deviations observed.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality control documentation including records and reports.
  • Evaluate, maintain and improve the existing quality management system.
  • Troubleshoot real time compliance issues on the shop floor.
  • Provide technical support to employees on quality matters.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve in-process quality.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years' experience working in a related position preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field .

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a keen eye for detail and care about the accuracy of workmanship.
  • You understand the importance of meeting customer expectations and have high standards for "getting it right the first time".
  • You have excellent troubleshooting skills and can recommend corrective actions.
  • You are an effective communicator and can build effective relationships with others.(employees, leads, supervisors & managers)
  • You know how to provide feedback in a respectful and constructive manner.
  • You have strong English skills both verbal & written.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are physically fit, energetic and self-motivated.
  • You have the ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • You have a “safety first” mindset and understand the importance of upholding safety standards.
  • You are comfortable using computers and can navigate systems efficiently.
  • You have experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) and manufacturing concepts.
  • You are legally able to work in the USA.
