Job summary

Prime Beverage Group LLC is seeking a Quality Control Technician to monitor, document, and control all aspects of food safety and quality on the assigned production line. You will own the line, investigate quality issues, coach Operations teams, and coordinate with Blending and Sanitation to minimize downtime and meet metrics.

The role requires a degree in life science/manufacturing/quality, 2–4 years of manufacturing QA experience, and HACCP/SQF familiarity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life science, manufacturing, or quality-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Two to four years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
  • HACCP and SQF certifications or experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Must be an advocate for the consumer/customer.
  • Monitor CCPs and react to deviations from critical limits.
  • Perform sanitation inspections and verification.
  • Adhere to GMPs and ensure labeling accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Lab, Operations and Sanitation teams to maximize uptime.
  • Maintain complete, timely and accurate records.
  • Assist with resolving quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-train with Lab Technicians.
