Job summary

ADM Erlanger, KY seeks a Quality Control Technician to support Operations and Inventory by performing laboratory analyses, routine testing of materials and finished products, and ensuring data integrity in a safe laboratory environment.

You will report to the local QC manager, assist in investigations of out-of-spec results, and help uphold GMP/GLP standards while supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional communication to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in food science, biology, or related laboratory field.
• Organoleptic testing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
• Willingness to innovate and adapt best practices.
• Ability to encourage trust between Operations, Development, Supply Chain and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine QC testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Maintain data integrity during testing.
• Assist investigations for out-of-spec results and report findings to QC management.
• Follow GMP/GLP safety and transcription practices.
• Uphold a clean, organized workspace and proper sample storage.
• Participate in trainings to ensure testing consistency.
