Job summary

Ascentec Engineering, LLC seeks a Quality Control Technician IV to support precision machining in a high-mix, short-run environment serving aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries. You will validate new CMM programs, perform inspection at various stages, and ensure compliance with customer drawings and specifications.

The role is onsite at our Tualatin headquarters with weekend night shift and a competitive hourly differential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years reading engineering drawings or assembly prints.
• 1+ year experience interpreting engineering specs and GD&T.
• 1+ year CMM inspection experience with height gages or dial indicators.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision-machined components.
• Interpret customer drawings and GD&T requirements for inspection criteria.
• Verify out-of-tolerance conditions with manual measurement equipment and datum simulators.
