Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable, Inc. is seeking a QC Technician to support production by performing inspections, testing, and data reporting to ensure materials and finished products meet quality standards.

The role collaborates with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain compliance with quality requirements. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential, with 1–2+ years in QC or manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and analytical; eager to learn in a team setting.
• Experience in quality control or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of SPC; able to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints.
• Strong record-keeping, documentation, and data reporting.
• Effective verbal and written communication; teamwork oriented.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ are a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; 2+ years in quality control/manufacturing desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to quality procedures.
• Record inspection results and quality data to support decisions and improvements.
• Prepare samples and documentation for product certifications and compliance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering to meet specifications.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and teams for quick resolution.
• Investigate quality concerns and contribute to practical process improvements.
