Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Coppell, TX. The role focuses on inspecting products, ensuring ISO 9001 quality standards, and supporting audits and CAPA processes to keep production on track.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus hands-on experience with measurement tools and reading technical drawings. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for this shift-based role Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:30 PM in Coppell.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with NCRs, CAPAs, inspection records, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and documentation.
• Place products on hold and manage disposition activities.
• Communicate quality concerns and product defects to production and leadership.
• Support first-piece approvals and in-process quality checks.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Create and manage NCRs and CAPAs.
• Maintain inspection equipment and measuring instruments.
• Manage product samples and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and site-specific quality procedures.
