Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent; 2+ years QC experience preferred.
• GMP knowledge and QC laboratory practices preferred.
• Experience with LIMS, sample management, and lab documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample receipt, processing, storage, shipment, and documentation in a GMP biopharma environment.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, Manufacturing, and Material Management to ensure compliant sample handling.
• Receive, verify, log, and organize samples in LIMS for testing and retention.
• Coordinate internal/external shipments and QC shipping activities.
• Maintain and organize sample storage areas; assist with investigations and deviations.
• Support daily/weekly operational updates and traceability of materials.
