Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of related experience or training.
• Experience with ISO standards.
• Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing experience desired.
• Experience in a web handling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tests and inspects products at various production stages.
• Records data and applies statistical quality control procedures.
• Inputs test data into the main database.
• Evaluates data for deviations from standards.
• Recommends modifications to quality standards.
• Holds products per Quality Manual for non-conforming issues.
• Promotes a safe work environment and 5S principles.
• Interacts with suppliers on quality of raw materials.
