Position Title: Quality Control Technician
Wage: $19.00-$21.25 per hour Shift: Night Hours: 5:30pm-5:30am (2-2-3)
Quality Control Technician Responsibilities
- Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete Quality Control (QC) audits during the shift, typically 3 to 4 audits per shift.
- Perform Start of Job and Start of Shift Quality Validation Checklists.
- Collect and maintain quality samples as required.
- Provide break coverage for Machine Operators and help ensure machine coverage throughout the shift.
- Generate labels and pallet tags in coordination with Scheduling, Purchasing, and Production leadership.
- Assist with inventory counts and floor count activities.
- Sign off on pallet tags and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Update daily production logs and quality records.
- Assist the Production Supervisor in identifying and resolving quality concerns.
- Support the investigation and resolution of machine continuity and production issues.
- Promote and uphold the company's core values.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to perform visual inspections of products with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move production samples, labels, and materials.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive quality checks and documentation tasks.
