Job summary

Comar is seeking a quality control inspector for a 12-hour night shift, with overtime and shift differential. The role involves visual and dimensional analysis, first article inspection, and floor audits to ensure product conformity and compliance with GMP standards.

The candidate should have 0-1 years of QC experience, be proficient with computers, and understand SPC tools and Gauge R&R. Training in ISO13485 and SQF programs is included, with growth opportunities in a regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

• 0-1 years’ experience in Quality Control or GMP manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in understanding and learning computers and software.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and Gauge R&R.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece and daily visual and dimensional analysis of finished product per inspection plans.
• Perform first article inspection and evaluation.
• Conduct floor audits of paperwork, materials, finished product, and control plan as specified.
• Inspect non-conforming product, initiate containment, and document results.
