Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect aggregates and asphalt, test mixtures, and ensure compliance with specifications. You will work in a team-driven environment, following strict safety policies and maintaining accurate data records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers a path for growth within a safety-first culture. Competitive hourly pay at $21/hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional college, technical school, or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-workers and managers in a dynamic team setting.
• Champion a safe work environment by following all company, OSHA and MSHA safety policies.
• Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to ensure quality.
• Test mixtures for contract specifications and quality control tolerances.
• Monitor daily processes and materials to exceed agency and customer requirements.
• Record and maintain accurate data in the test results database.
