Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months prior experience in quality control or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all production CCPs and record data.
• Maintain clear documentation and perform accurate data entry.
• Ensure evaluation equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Place non-conforming product on hold.
• Verify labeling, ingredients, and lot traceability at start-up.
