Job summary

Clark-Reliance is looking for an entry level Quality Control Technician to perform Non-Destructive testing (NDE) and document results, coordinate with team leads and product managers, and ensure procedures are followed for testing and inspection.

The role involves 7am–3:30pm first shift, calibration support, receiving inspections, and documentation; prior manufacturing experience is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and follow instructions.
• One year related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO Quality Management Systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of blueprints/drawings specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform various Non-Destructive testing (NDE) and document results.
• Coordinate testing with Team Leads, Production Planners, and Product Managers.
• Interpret and implement required testing/inspection requirements.
• Testing includes PT, VT, MT, Hardness, Ferrite, PMI, RT per requirements.
• Document results per company procedures and test equipment capabilities.
• Utilize inventory and tracking system to confirm testing required.
