Job summary

DSA Doors is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure finished products are defect-free before shipment. The role emphasizes meticulous inspection, accurate reporting, and proper documentation of all units.

The technician will photograph units, log issues, and support daily production flow, maintaining a clean work area and communicating clearly with supervisors. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and report accurately to supervisors.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visually and tactile inspection of finished products for defects and blemishes.
• Notify supervisors when defects or blemishes are detected.
• Capture and upload product photographs from assigned angles for warranty inquiries.
• Manage daily priorities by reviewing Work Tickets and prepping for Wrapping Team shipment.
• Track and document damaged, missing, wrong, or low-quality items.
