Job summary

Ebco Inc. seeks a Quality Control Technician to inspect and test products, generating reliable data to support releases and business objectives.

The candidate should have 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Associate preferred), and proficiency with MS Office; strong communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation are essential for collaboration with the Quality Manager and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples according to the sample plan.
• Utilize electronic tools (e.g. Digital Calipers, Durometer Gauge, MTS Testing Equipment, Etc.).
• Evaluate data validity, apply statistics, and compare to specifications.
• Document, communicate, and archive results.
• Monitor analytical systems, identify problems, and troubleshoot.
• Follow retest / resample procedures as outlined by the business.
• Communicate role-related information between Supply Chain Operations and Quality Manager.
• Follow applicable supporting work processes (e.g. Quality Management Process, Inspection Process).
• Assure compliance to all ISO and IATF quality system requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
