Shea Concrete Products, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Technician for its Amesbury and Wilmington, MA plants. This full-time role focuses on performing concrete field tests, inspections, and post-pour product checks in a fast-paced precast environment.

Salary ranges from $28 to $34 per hour DOE, with benefits. Candidates may obtain an ACI certification; NPCA PQS training is a plus. Strong reading of blueprints and good communication are required.

Competenze

• Experience in QC testing and inspections in concrete production.
• ACI field-testing knowledge or certification preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and sketches.

Mansioni

• Perform ACI concrete field tests.
• Conduct quality control inspections in the manufacturing plant.
• Inspect products after removal from forms (post-pour).
• Notify Production Supervisor of deficiencies.
• Assist with repairs on products as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques.
• Assist with precast production operations as needed.
